18.01.2022 Yesterday marks 1 yr since our friend and chief 10c can collector for can-assist Mrs Maree Gibbs of cootamundra rodeo Assoc. Passed away she is remembered daily by her family and friends may she always be remembered as a fabulous Member of our committee and most of all a mum and wife -we miss u so much

14.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 2021 is going to be bigger then ever for the Cootamundra Rodeo commitee with plans being put in place. All current financial members are and will be covered with membership from last year until all our events become open again. ... New members if you are wonting use of the arena whilst current activities are seized price is as follows and includes the key to the gate $55 family $35 single The Commitee reserves the right to refuse the membership or revoke the membership at any stage of the person / people are deemed to not be doing the correct thing. With this in mind please be mindful of the current regulations / rules that are in place with Coronavirus. The committee is not responsible for your health or your social distancing rules. If you are found to be doing the wrong thing on the ground at any time your membership will be discontinued Bank transfer is accepted for payment of membership. 11.01.2022 At our meeting on Tue we made Tough decision to Cancel our Rodeo in November it was decided that in the current position that we are in it wouldn’t be viable to hold it, so please let people know that we will be holding it in November 2021 we will still have our 100 club draw going ahead so if u still want a ticket let us know and question pls ask either Garry Luck or Ally Tange please bear in mind both of them are busy with day to day life and work and may take time to get back in contact, as I’ve been away unwell and missed the meeting -Adele

10.01.2022 UPDATE Meeting held last week it was voted membership is now open for renewal due by November 1st Transfer can be done. Please message for details ! ... AGM - 17 th November. Always need new input ! 100 club will be going ahead but a little different as per restriction. Prize money will be going up ! Our plan is to draw first week in December. All monies need to be in by end of October please Working bee on 17.10.20 to keep the grounds looking tidier. 8 am start !

03.01.2022 IMPORTANT Anyone caught cutting the locks or chains at the rodeo grounds will forfeit membership immediately. Everyone donates there time to have the grounds up and running it is not fair for people to ruin it ! And the committee has not spend hours raising the money for the grounds to have to replace items that aren’t needed. **think before you act**
