12.01.2022 COUNCIL’S COVID-19 RESPONSE : Due to the Emergency Management (COVID-19) (Stay at Home) Dire...ction 2020 enforced at 12.01am today, the Copper Coast Council is required to only continue essential necessary services over this initial six-day period. The following services will cease for the next six days: Copper Coast Sport and Leisure Centre All Libraries Copper Coast Visitor Information Centre Copper Coast Putt Putt, The Farm Shed Museum and Play Café Community Halls Roadworks, parks and gardens and general maintenance (unless there are safety issues to the public) The following services will continue over the next six days as they are considered essential services: Waste collection services Community wastewater management scheme maintenance Planning and Building Approvals Public toilets Playgrounds will not be cordoned off, however, no travel or outdoor exercise is allowed for this under the Stay at Home direction. Many members of our staff will be working from home, but will still be trying their best to provide services to our community. We would ask you please to be patient.
