When we're surrounded by people who believe what we believe, trust starts to emerge, we support each other and come together as a team. We're more willing to take risks, we're more willing to experiment which requires failure, we're more willing to explore and go somewhere with the confidence that if we fail, if we trip over, that those around us will pick us up. Toastmasters is an environment that will help you to amplify your strengths, not fix your weaknesses, by surrounding yourself with people who you can learn from and who will support your development. If we didn’t share values and belief’s we all wouldn’t be here.

Go over what you are going to say and do it standing up, give your body memory. Interesting. Trust that what you are saying is interesting to the people that are hearing it. Edit.
