25.01.2022 Just over 2 hours before kick off... Beer is cold, Bistro almost open and some lucky punter will walk away with an AWESOME NSW ORIGIN JERSEY.. See you at your local.....

Come on down for a tasty burger or a delicious Chicken Snitty with chips and salad and let our team do everything for you and don’t forget our bloody cold beer and wine. Remember Coraki we are open Sunday nights and it’s a full menu not just our delicious pizzas. ... We have some great specials with a 500g T-Bone or some yummy Lamb Shanks and of course awesome pasta. 24.01.2022 FRIDAY NIGHT.....IT'S OUR NEW NIGHT !!! Tonight we have our Joker Draw which happens at approx 8.30 & like always every drink you purchase from 6pm gives you a ticket into tonight's draw for a whopping $2600 cold hard cash, what a great way to start the weekend. Tonight we also have our Meat/Voucher raffle with tickets on sale now, draw takes place just before 8 pm.... In our Bistro we have quite a few "Specials" so come on down and let Chef Tim do all the cooking on this warm barmy Spring night. So please support our wonderful Karaoke Queen Maryanne and bring down the family for a great night and unbelievably great singers for all to enjoy... ... Our bistro will be open from 6 till late so need to worry about organising dinner, let us do it all for you and the family... And please remember with our NEW Covid rules that we still need to keep our distance and hygiene regimes and Maryanne has all the tools to make singing safe and fun... 23.01.2022 SOME EXCITING NEWS FOR OUR VILLAGE "CORAKI".... As you all know we have a great "NEW" butcher in town and we are blessed at how great Travis, Fiona & their team are, their meat is phenomenal & I have to say how great does the shop look compared to what it looked like almost 3 years ago when I first arrived here!!!! it's a credit to them and like always we have to remember support starts right here in our "Little Village" and we need patronage to stay viable, so with that bein...g said I am over the moon to let everyone in Coraki know that from tomorrow (Saturday Raffles) all our meat trays will be from our very own "Riverside Butchery". I am so proud to announce this and I am honoured to be working closely with them, we have mutual respect for both our businesses and for everyone who lives here in Coraki. On top of this we are planning on only using their top quality meat products in our Bistro so that not only the locals get to enjoy their meat but for every visitor who frequents our Hotel. So tomorrow we are hoping for a great turn out at our local raffles with tickets on sale from 12 noon and the draw starting from 2pm, I'd also like to let everyone know that something special will be happening tomorrow at the draw but I will leave that up to the guys at the butchers to fill you in tomorrow.... And please don't forget we are a "Family Friendly Pub" and we want you to bring your kids and of course your "Fur Babies" are welcome as well in our beautiful beer garden. And Ladies I haven't forgotten about you either, for Tonight all Standard "Vodka Cruisers" are only $6.00 with glasses of wine for only $5.00. 18.01.2022 CORAKI HOTEL POSTION VACANT CHEF/COOK We are seeking an enthusiastic self motivated career orientated professional who will take control of our "Bistro" from Wednesday thru Sunday.... The hours will be flexible and discussed prior to starting however the successful applicant will be required to work approx 30-40 hours per week and the only double shifts will be on Sat & Sun when we do a lunchtime service. We are a small hotel with a great team and we are hoping that our new Chef will complete our team and bring some dynamic "Pub Grub" to an awesome town. I am extremely excited to let you all know that I have secured an "EXCEPTIONAL" Chef who will be starting at "Your Local" tomorrow night FRIDAY, and what a way to start the weekend.... I'm not going to give too much away but I hope everyone in the town comes out in support and most of all try his amazing dishes, our plan is to start out slowly and build up steam pretty fast....... With all this excitement let's bring back "Friday Night Cheap Drinks" so from 7-11 pm all Schooners will be ONLY $5.00 and Bottom Shelf cans of Bundy/Coke, Jimmy/Coke and so on will be only $7.50.... It's a cool day but our "Muso's" will certainly heat you all.... so come on down to the pub to support some local acts and sink a few beers.
