A successful candidate will require the following qualifications and skills: Trade Certificate Current Drivers License White Card... Ability to produce quality work Ability to show initiative Self-motivated Time management Police Clearance and any Operators Licenses held may be an advantage A successful applicant must be able to demonstrate that they have knowledge of and experience in most aspects of Carpentry and Joinery and are able to work both as a team and independently, have a reliable work vehicle and must possess a range of tools of trade. Willingness to travel out of town will be an advantage.

She looked thoughtful for a second and then her eyes went really wide. She whispered to me "Do you build houses for mermaids?" Well I couldn't crush her, could I? So guess what guys? Coral Coast is now the official builder of mermaid houses off the Geraldton coast
