22.01.2022 I have become quite obsessed with my little peperomia caperata (emerald ripples variety). After seeing Haidis workshop I just loved her varieties and wanted to grow one myself Nice and compact growing to about 20cm, they also have tiny white flowers that appear on stalks. Its a great house plant and also suited to the office- keep out if direct sunlight but it will need a warm, well lit position. Water when the soil is dry (do not let it get soggy!) and avoid wetting fo...liage. A nice feed during Spring will be appreciated too Ill be getting a few of these in soon to sell with my pots See more

15.01.2022 While both my boys are (amazingly!!) having a nap this afternoon, Im having my own down time and painting up some custom pots for you lovely people. Just a word on colours- if you have a swatch or have seen a colour palette you like, please send me through pics with your order (as this lovely customer has done). There can be SO MANY different hues of the one colour- ie grey! And its great if we are on the same vision page. I have over 60 different paints and usually mix to create the perfect hue

Id been on the search for a round rattan tray so was very happy to find this one at Aldi- only $17! They are so useful and I think they look great- beautiful natural texture. You can also do a cheap refresh that will make a big impact with some throws- Spotlight have a great range under $20. ... And of course- more indoor plants are a must ! See more

I still have a lot of pots to paint over the next 2 weeks- but rest assured, if you have an end of year gift order or Christmas order, they will be done! 11.01.2022 It was such a miserable weekend weather wise, which was kind of good as I got stuck in to lots of painting- including this cane and timber unit I picked up last week for only $30 My paint of choice with furniture is Chalked- an excellent matte finish that is quick to dry and the furniture requires no prep (except for a wipe down before painting ).
11.01.2022 I love it when the weather starts warming up so I can spend time in my outdoor garden - unlike the indoor garden which I tend to, I have my husband to thank for keeping our outside garden so beautiful My next project will be turning the pergola area in to a palm paradise! Im so excited the wisteria and blossoms are out, the jasmine is starting to make the garden smell sweet, and the roses are ready to bloom I hope we get weather like this for the October workshop

02.01.2022 As a new plant parent, one of the biggest questions you might have is- how often do I water this plant? The simple answer is- when it needs it! Dont water to a schedule. I often find when I finally get to sit down at night for wine and a relax Ill observe my plants more closely and will water those that need it- depending on which room Im in!
