25.01.2022 Why Fijians must take covid-19 seriously. With the isolation and protection protocols in place to protect players and tournaments, it is beyond belief more than half of the Fijian rugby sevens squad has been diagnosed with the virus. Fiji is free of the virus, let’s keep it that way , however please take it seriously if travelling

This is very sad for the greater team as we have committed to the people living on the Cora...Continue reading

23.01.2022 An easy way to put a smile on your dial ... get the kids around to watch Melbourne’s Phillip Island Penguin Parade live and free every evening for something different to do in this crazy world we find ourselves living in.
22.01.2022 Ongoing vigilance is ever important against covid-19. Fiji has recorded its 19th case of covid-19 by a person in their successful quarantine program. The man was travelling from India. This is a timely reminder for Fiji citizens that although the outbreak is contained in Fiji, covid-19 is an ongoing risk to the country and population .

If travelling overseas remain vigilant and use as many precautions such as social distancing , masks, clean hands, reduce time in public ... even the Flying Fijians can’t outrun this virus

18.01.2022 Emerging evidence surgical face masks drastically reduce the spread of respiratory Infections. Face masks have most impact if worn by those that have respiratory symptoms. Covid or no covid this is a good practise to develop to reduce the spread in of germs.

14.01.2022 Flights to Fiji could be happening sooner than expected if safe flight protocols are proven between NZ and AUS
13.01.2022 Great news for Fiji re exceptional Covid19 response . Unfortunately the next challenge is finding a solution to mass unemployment from the crippled tourism industry. No employment , no money >> greater difficulties to feed and send kids to school and look after those living with disabilities . Let’s hope for a tourism recovery as soon as it is safe to have tourists again
12.01.2022 A smile for your dial
11.01.2022 Good work NZ. Fiji may be free of covid at the moment but we do live in uncertain times. Investing in our Pacific neighbours medical equipment improves health outcomes for all.

04.01.2022 Coral Coast and Fijian friends in general. Would anyone like to say that they learnt a new skill during covid-19? This could be your opportunity to participate in a fantastic learning opportunity offered by our friends at Reef Explorer to learn about reef and coral restoration. Remember the reef is the source of your food, and healthy and sustainable food is important for your health and wellness.
