25.01.2022 Problems aren't solved by ignoring them, they only get worse... Lets Talk.

11.01.2022 I don't know if there is anybody on the planet that wasn't affected in some way by the events of 2020. We were challenged physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. I could go on about all the events of last year and the challenges faced, but there's no need, you were there too. The question now is what do we do with 2021? Do we dwell on the bad things that happened or do we learn from them and use those learnings to create a better place for us all? Times like 2020... happen so humanity can evolve and be better at this thing called life. It teaches us to be more compassionate, understanding, tolerant and forces us to realise that we are all in it together. Perhaps it's time to remember we are all connected, that we are all part of this incredible thing called humanity and to look for and get the best out of everyone regardless of race, culture or belief. Perhaps it's time lessen the fear and grow all the great things we, as humans, have to offer. If your individual struggles are causing problems then find someone to talk to, be it family, friends or professional and get whatever assistance you need. We all need help from time to time and getting that help shows strength not weakness. I hope 2021 is a year we can look back on and marvel at the incredible things we have created.
