Maybe even a brand new trail.... 3 days left for the early bird discount. Score a combined 15% discount if you raced in 3 club races and early bird rego.

Registration is open and entrants are capped at 100, link below. A few new things this year. 1- We will not be announcing the exact location, only that it will be in Canberra somewhere. We will announce the exact location a few days before the race. This way it stops people dialling in their lines and keeps things unknownth...e way Enduro should be. 2 - There will be an E-bike category open to all ages and genders. 3 - 5 race stages Let’s go Racing! https://online.mtba.org.au/ERegister.aspx?E=8331

14.01.2022 More photos from Stage 2. Thanks David. https://www.flickr.com//45916358@/albums/72157710750812187

11.01.2022 Update The new SIAC timing system has been ordered and should be here in a few weeks depending on COVID-19 custom restrictions. Adam Rawlings is stepping down from organising the series due to other priorities and not enough hours in the day, plus he wants to race in the event this time . Wil Puz Ryan Walsch Josh Kentwell & Michael Clark will be running the 2020/21 series. ... We’d like to thank Adam for all of his efforts for getting the series started and putting on a successful event last year. Not only that, but to his family for sacrificing many, many hours behind the scenes and on race day too! We are currently working through things to get the series up and racing again and we’ll keep you posted as to when the first race will be. Stay tuned.

09.01.2022 First photos are up. Big thanks to @David John Blucher

06.01.2022 CORC and COVID-19 Like all community groups we have been considering our response to this situation. Given the nature of MTB we don't face many of the potentia...l risks other sports/activities face so we have taken our time to try to fully assess our options. It seems now however that we now have no option other than to suspend all club activities that are essentially large group gatherings. This means all major racing events including next month's U19 World Cup round and State champs as well as the events planned for this coming weekend. Basically, no more races until this settles down. Smaller group activities, eg development programs will continue as long as coaches and participants wish them to. Naturally, we would expect everyone to follow recommended protocols with respect to personal hygiene and contact and these should be relatively easy to abide by. We would normally expect these activities would not be attended by anyone who is unwell, but please don't if there's any doubt. The club will refund or credit anyone who is unable to attend any programs they have paid for regardless of their reason for non-attendance. We will look to reschedule all events once we have clearer picture and will announce this through normal channels. In the interim and to provide our members and friends with some form of challenge, we are exploring ideas such as Strava circuits - but more on that later. Stay safe, but please stay sensible. MTB is a great, low-risk activity that may be a great refuge in these times. We look forward to seeing you out on the trail, albeit from a slightly increased distance. Finally, please also keep the rest of our local community in mind. CORC and other community organisations are largely, if not entirely powered by volunteers with the direct or indirect support from local businesses. Many of these businesses will struggle in this environment so please continue to support them as best you can. Regards and safe trails Matt Battye President
