24.01.2022 We tied at 13 all. Then went down in another tie breaker 13 to 14. The kids did an awesome job. We finished 9th out of 24 school. We are all very proud of their efforts.

23.01.2022 Due to COVID restrictions we are unable to hold our Christmas fete and concert this year, but we are still running out annual raffle and the ham wheel. Raffle tickets are $1 each and the ham wheel is $5 for 5 spins ( there are only 100 numbers, so get in early). Tickets are available by contacting the school on 41266184. Everything will be drawn on December 4.

22.01.2022 The P&C will be holding Father’s Day stall in the library for students to purchase ‘that something special’ for their dad this Father’s Day! They will be available Wednesday and Thursday 8:30-8:45am, 1:15-1:40pm and 3:00-3:15pm both days. This is due to Friday September 4 being a pupil free day! Please send along as couple $’s with your child and help support our hard working P&C committee!

19.01.2022 Wow! Learning is so much fun! The year 1&2 class created a song with actions to help them learn about the equator, the Tropic of Capricorn and the antarctic circle! What a great job they did, so creative! Well done

09.01.2022 Well the first week of the term is almost over and everyone has worked really well! It looks like another busy term ahead of us! Just a reminder that Pre Prep days are still happening and we look forward to seeing all the prep students for 2021 for another exciting morning! 9am-11am. Playgroup will be on for anyone with children 0-5 years also 9-11am. Please note there is no tuck shop this week!

07.01.2022 Well done to our amazing cricketers for their magnificent effort on a hot day at the North Burnett Trials in Mundubbera. Congratulations to Atalia, Ella, Aleisha, Sara, Lucy and Michael (who also made the Wide Bay softball team). Also former students Baylie and Chelsea on being selected to represent North Burnett at the Wide Bay trials in Bundaberg.

06.01.2022 Due to COVID-19 the ‘read to me’ day is visiting us! This Friday (September 11), we will be hosting the ‘read to me’ day at Cordalba school! 9 am- 11am, on the covered court area. It is open to all prep, year 1 & 2 students as well as all pre prep students and to our playgroup. We are excited and can’t wait to join in all the activities. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

06.01.2022 The Prep class presented their version of Wombat Stew to other classes and Mr Parsons today. They did a fabulous job and we think there are a few budding actors in our midst!

05.01.2022 It’s wonderful to see the small school family atmosphere is alive and well! The older students have been spending each play time to get to know the younger new prep students! They have been playing games with them as well as helping out with the playground! Congratulations everyone!
