25.01.2022 Tight calves? Find a step or gutter and try this one out. Use a wall or rail for balance, place one foot securely on the top of the ledge, and the other should be half off. Push down through your heel, feeling a stretch up the back of the lower leg. Try it also with a bent knee to ensure you're targeting all of the muscles here.

23.01.2022 Tight hamstrings? Have a lie down, grab a towel and give the backs of your legs some lovin! Make sure the towel you use is long enough so you can fully relax and not strain/pull with your arms. Place the towel around the ball/arch of your foot and gently try and straighten your leg. Breathe, don't push it and enjoy this time for yourself x

11.01.2022 Feeling a little tight in your shoulders? Place both hands on a wall/edge of a bench so they form a 90-degree angle to your body. Walk your feet back until your arms are straight and lower your torso, hinging forward at the hips. Keep your shoulder blades set back and avoid scrunching your shoulders around your neck.

05.01.2022 We're back baby! From tomorrow morning, we will be welcoming you all back with open arms from a safe distance Masks will also be required whilst in the studio. We understand that this might be an unfamiliar scenario and some of us might be a bit unsure of how we will feel exercising with a mask on. If you're concerned, we encourage you to trial a class and if you need to leave during, your class will be credited back. Masks will be available for $3 to purchase if you forget... yours.
