15.01.2022 Hi Mums! As you may be aware, our wonderful trainer, Gaye is leaving our sunny shores in the West and venturing over to the East Coast. As such, we will need to shuffle the sessions around a little bit until such a time that we have a trainer permanently for you. In the meantime, here are our proposed times for the next few weeks leading into Christmas/New Year. These times will take effect starting next week (14th December, 2020) Monday - 7:30am & 8:15am... Friday - 7:30am & 8:15am If you have any other recommendations or different times you would prefer, we are more than happy to consider them, it all just depends on our availability of trainers. At this stage we can only accomodate 2 days of sessions but will aim to add the third as soon as possible. If you are keen to attend some more classes without the little ones in tow, the normal group schedule for Core Fitness will be attached in the next post. You are more than welcome to attend those as well. We wish Gaye (and Derek) all the best and thank you for building such a wonderful group of Mums at the beach! See you at the beach, Ben
