23.01.2022 At CORE Australia, we have been closely monitoring the developments regarding COVID-19, we would like to make you aware of the measures we have put in place to ensure the health of our staff, our customers and the continuity of our business operations. As a tech company, every CORE staff member already has the means to work remotely the majority of our staff are now doing this. The way we support our customers will not change and we can be contacted as normal via email, tel...ephone, web chats, and online ticketing service. CORE staff will continue to have the means to connect with client sites in the normal manner, whenever necessary. Should you request a site visit, health guidelines may dictate that this would instead have to be carried out using a video/screen sharing call. Likewise, if you would prefer not to have external visitors, we can work around these arrangements. Your co-operation and understanding is appreciated during this time. The role will comprise of assisting with the deployment and problem resolution of CORE software products and to also take a hands-on role with the development of product features and services where required. The candidate should possess a tertiary qualification in a computer related discipline and be able to demonstrate an enth...usiasm for this type of position. The candidate must be a good communicator both verbally and with written communications and be able to produce concise documentation where required. The candidate must be able to work autonomously and part of a team depending on the tasks they are given. Required Skills: Solid understanding of Windows based operating systems mainly Windows 7 through to Windows 10. Knowledge of Windows Server based systems. Javascript VBScript/Pascal Batch files/Powershell HTML Database query language preferably TSQL. Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of SQL Server including Management Studio and the maintenance of databases. Delphi ASP.NET and/or Windows Forms development in C# MVC frameworks. Visual Studio 2012 and above. Any formal testing methodology experience. Any knowledge of accounting systems and practices
