03.01.2022 I have seen it all in the past. This one takes the cake. 20 years ago a friend of the customer installed a box type room air conditioner. He cut through the main support holding up the roof. Tiled by the way. 4 studs laminated together. The old box unit was holding up the house. Check out the pictures. I boxed it out to take the load. Always use a licenced builder.
