17.01.2022 Charlie girl found a place to sleep in the warm ash. Mum stands by and the local rabble rousers wander in. Finally Charlie decides mum is a better option with treats to go.

15.01.2022 A short walk from Corella is the Nelia Racecourse building which still stands stark against the big sky, especially in the evening as captured here in this photos by Rhys Lauder who visited in early 2019. Although the Races ceased and the course was down in the ‘80s, there is still evidence of the racetrack where many memories of locals days out were made.

04.01.2022 Yum! A treat for Chinese New Year celebrations to welcome the YEAR OF THE OX from FEBRUARY 12th - tomorrow. Corella Creek Pastured Free Range Eggs are perfect for creating these treats. (Remember that ALL eggs need to be at least over a week old before BOILING or they won’t peel easily and same day eggs can result in soft jelly like, but opaque whites still after boiling)
