24.01.2022 This little tube of goodness will help get your sore limbs out of trouble. We love this stuff, especially because it contains high levels of active plant extracts!

23.01.2022 We have such a love/hate relationship with these spikey balls. We love how much they help release muscle tension and increase blood flow but hate when you are rolling on it and find the sore spot

21.01.2022 Dry needling helps release knots and relieve muscle pain or spasms. The needles are very fine with majority of our clients saying they cannot feel them
