24.01.2022 Introducing Pre & Postnatal Reformer! Based off our original Athletic Reformer class this is a total body workout, with alternating themes and target areas to create more challenge, more balance and more focus. Working within the prenatal guidelines, our pregnancy qualified Pilates instructors will follow a set sequence to help you safely practise throughout and post your pregnancy. This class will increase your muscle definition, mobility and flexibility. And it will leav...e you feeling energised not exhausted! 24.01.2022 Only 3 more sleeps and counting...! With capacity restrictions and Covid Safe policies in place, it's our priority to create an environment where everyone can be safe and sweaty at the same time. We thank you for your understanding on the below: Mat Classes - Please bring your own mat and a large sweat towel. We do have these for hire in-studio if you forget to BYO! ... Reformer Classes - Please wear grip socks and bring a towel to reduce touch-points where possible. We do offer Move Active grip socks in-studio if you need to buy your own pair. Doors open 5 minutes before your class to ensure a thorough clean between classes. Wipe down all equipment thoroughly before and after class with the supplies provided. Masks are to be worn to/from the studio and in the common areas within the studio. 23.01.2022 Once upon a time in 2017 a bright eyed and mature 17 y.o. young lady, Brie Cotton, became a member at CorePlus Malvern East. It wasn’t long before a rapport was struck and within 6 months Brie was approached to be part of our instructor team. Over the course of 3 years as an instructor, we’ve witnessed Brie's passion and confidence flourish. Extremely dependable and always striving to be better, Brie has curated over 600 unique classes for our members. Classes that have insp...ired, motivated and touched countless lives. At only the age of 20, Brie is driven, accomplished and disciplined beyond her years. We are so proud to have shared in Brie’s journey from member to instructor and now studio partner at CorePlus Balwyn. The ‘sky is the limit’ from here on, as Brie starts her new chapter. Brie will always remain a part of the fabric here at Malvern East, so this is not good bye, but good luck!! We invite you to her final class #685 here at Malvern East tomorrow Tuesday 12th @5:30pm.

11.01.2022 We are bursting with excitement to see our awesome community again - only 1 more sleep! With fully booked classes and long waitlists, if you can't make the class you've booked please make room for others. Here are some dos and don'ts to manage your bookings. DO: Cancel your booking - this includes waitlist! This helps you avoid a late cancel or no-show fee as well as forfeiting your class.... Use the CorePlus App or online system to cancel your booking -we will not accept cancellation by phone, email or any other method. Early cancel your booking - cancellations prior to the 5 hour cancellation window means you won't forfeit your class and pay a $5 cancellation fee. DON'T: Do a no-show - if you don't cancel your booking and don't attend the class, you will forfeit your session and receive a $10 no-show fee. Join a waitlist if you can't attend the class at minimal notice - we move members from the waitlist into the class with as little as 1 hour’s notice. Still yet to book your first class back? 10.01.2022 The countdown is on and we can't wait to see you all rollin' back into the studio. Whilst rules can be annoying, missing out on a spot in class unnecessarily is also very very annoying! With reduced capacity let's work together to make it fair and allow everyone a chance to sweat. We ask that you consider: Not booking multiple classes on the same day If you're already booked into a class, don't join a wait list on the same day... Limiting your bookings to 4 classes per week Cancelling out of classes and waitlists you can no longer attend Trying a different class, such as Hot Yoga Flow or Reformer Pilates or Alfresco Mat Pilates If you join a waitlist, please treat that class as if you're booked in and ready to go - being mindful of our cancellation window, our booking policy is outlined here https://bit.ly/3jVf1jL

03.01.2022 In line with government guidelines, we are thrilled to announce that the studio is allowed 20 people per space, commencing Monday 23rd November. Yay! We're beginning to push people currently on the waitlist into classes. Keep an eye out for your waitlist text message, and please confirm your spot in class as soon as you receive it! If you do not receive text messages from us, please contact us [email protected]. We’re keeping our legs and fingers crossed that the government won't retract these new guidelines!
