20.01.2022 Our bread and butter is made in house using a 3-day fermentation method developed over many years to give a thick crust and chewy crumb. The butter is made from Tasmanian cream that has kefir milk added and soured overnight to create a thick cream full of pro-biotics, the cream is whipped to butter and seasoned with Tasmanian sea salt.
