04.01.2022 This is a message which I want to share! Building muscle and losing fat takes time. Yes, there are things you can do in order to optimise things which is exactly what I focus on. However, progression still takes time The point is, no matter what standard you're at you must be patient and think long term. It's about making steady improvements on a continuous basis, accumulating positive changes over time. Ultimately a lot of people try and rush their progression, often risking injury in the process or even risking health. Don't get drawn into this way of thinking! It's amazing how fast you can progress if you're willing to think long term and keep doing the fundamentals right, with a plan which is optimised for you! Focus on you and stay in your own lane.

02.01.2022 Training Gary 7 days a week for 3 years straight! Incredible !

02.01.2022 6 weeks progress with @cika_pero - he came to me after being on a keto diet for 2 years straight and not wanting to eat carbohydrates in the fear of getting fat. I slowly tricked him into having one carb meal and progressing from there. 6 weeks later each meal is loaded with carbs and fats! First progress photos 89kg - 2nd photos 96kg.. the perfect recomposition diet.
