23.01.2022 This is a photo of me during and after the birth of my first son almost 9 years ago. I wanted to share this picture with you as I reflect back and see just how beautiful these images are, I love everything about it. I loved being pregnant I loved birth, (crazy I know) but I really didn’t appreciate what my body did back then. This was before I was diagnosed with ankolysing spondyloarthritis which debilitated me after the birth of my second son. My body no longer functioned... the way it use to. I couldn’t even bend down to change my babies nappies having to crawl to a chair just to help me get back up, sleepless nights in pain on top of a newborn. I still had to do it but it wore me down physically and emotionally. I cried internally almost every morning as I had to warm up my body to get out of bed. After years of chronic pain I finally found something that helped me get on top of the pain and I began to move again. It’s never gone away but I can now manage it well with medication diet and exercise as I need to and adjust all three accordingly. After the birth of my third son I think I really started to appreciate what my body had accomplished. Yeah sure I have loose skin on my tummy, cellulite all over my thighs, my kids think I have a wobbly butt and play the drums on it but hey I like to think it’s muscle I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life BUT at the age of 41 I feel like a woman. I have shape I have curves and while none of them are perfect by any means, I feel great. Loving your body is always work in progress for most women I think. Just try to remember while we all love a great photo they are so easily changed/edited with a nice angle or a nice filter (which is absolutely fine and nothing wrong with that) but when you look in the mirror alone and see the real you, you need to love what you see back regardless of your size shape or the stupid number on the scales. Work on that everyday. Tell yourself something that you love about yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’m a woman, a real woman who has all the imperfections who at the age of 41 has never been prouder of my body and what it has achieved. Have a beautiful weekend ladies a

Thank you for letting my guide you through your session and those of you that were able to stay, ...stretch and body scan bliss out- I hope you enjoyed! Some of the information I discussed in terms of ‘Earthing’- barefoot walking or simply connecting our skin to the ground, and our sense of smell (using the Nunchi essential oils) is as below.
