18.01.2022 Hello darkness my old friend... Getting moody with Ellie & Matt yesterday at Jack Rabbit Vineyard.
14.01.2022 Hey everyone. Hope you're all doing ok. It's been a very surreal few days, and unfortunately this situation probably isn't going to go away anytime soon. A number of you have called or emailed me in the past 24 hours to let me know you've decided to postpone your weddings until either later in year, or early next year. I absolutely think that's the right thing to do, not only for your health, but for your families, your suppliers & their families, and all the people you and... they (we) would be otherwise coming into close contact in the coming weeks. It's simply not worth the risk, given what the world's scientific experts are telling us. Weddings are a joyous time; they bring people together in celebration, and close contact is not only expected but encouraged - they're all about hugs, kisses and high fives. As we know, at these unprecedented times, close contact can undeniably accelerate the spread of COVID-19. When numbers of infections increase rapidly, our health systems will not be able to cope. The experts say that the only way to slow this thing down is to have a safe distance from each other for a while. It's going to be an extremely tough time for those of us in the Wedding Industry, as it will be for so many other businesses and individuals, but we'll all get through it together, so long as we stay safe. For those of you whom have weddings booked in the next weeks and months and are yet to make a decision, please, don't feel bad about postponing. I actually encourage it, for all our sakes. I can pretty much guarantee that all your suppliers will do whatever they can to help you achieve your dream wedding at a later time, when it's safer for all of us. After all, we so want to party hard with you!! When it does come time to look at new dates, my advice would be to consider a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday wedding. It'll be your best chance at having your wedding sooner, keeping your dream team of suppliers together, and will greatly help them to recover from what will be a rough few months for the industry. If you've booked me and want to talk through your concerns or options, please pick up the phone and call me. I'm more than happy to chat with you and find solutions. Much love to you all during this challenging time. Corey xo
