23.01.2022 The crew are getting in to the Christmas spirit and enjoying the "silly season" by being, well, silly. Megan and Michelle are just two of our awesome crew members who go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay, by working in the restaurant, bar or in housekeeping. Be sure to say hi to them if you come this way. Dont worry folks, no alcohol was actually consumed at the time of these photos. We are excited to share this wonderful holiday with everyone. Our next post will show our scrumptious Christmas Buffet Menu.

16.01.2022 With a new Head Chef, comes a new Dinner Menu. Ive uploaded it to our page tonight: check it out. Our new Head Chef comes with a wealth of experience (at such a young age) and has a passion for delivering consistent high quality meals. Diners have been raving about what he serves up. We also have a new Lunch Menu, which I will upload in the coming days. AND!!! We are open for a Continental Breakfast.... Breakfast: 8am - 9:30am Lunch: 12noon - 2pm Dinner: From 6:30pm (reservations are required for dinner). Hopefully you can make it this way soon to try it all out for yourselves. Cheers, Ashley

11.01.2022 As a result of lifting restrictions in Tasmania, we have readjusted our opening date: From tomorrow, Friday 5th June, we will be reopening our 20 eco cottages, our two cruise products, the Ahrberg bar and kayaking experiences. Our restaurant will remain closed until a later point in the year when it will be viable for operations to resume, though guests can purchase from our winter menu to reheat at their leisure. 10.01.2022 Dr. Louise Fairfax came to Corinna to try her hand at the majestic experience of kayaking the Pieman River. She kayaked solo out to Lovers Falls, which had been on her bucket list for some time and was slightly nervous due to lack of experience. After a chat and some support from our staff, she was ready to go and the journey was completed successfully, taking some great photos along the way. 10.01.2022 Hi all!! Just a quick, courtesy message to advise that we will be doing some maintenance on the Fatman Barge tomorrow (18th July 2018). We will be doing this first thing in the morning from 7:30am. While we aim to have everything completed ready for the 9am start time, there may be delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding and wish you safe travels on the road: were expecting quite a wet few days ahead. - Ashley
08.01.2022 Christmas @ Corinna Looking for something to do for lunch on Christmas Day? ... Our restaurant will be open for lunch on the 25th December (but closed for dinner) Our Head Chef has prepared a scrumptious Christmas Buffet menu - check it out. Prepaid bookings are essential and can be done by calling us on 0364461170 or by emailing [email protected]... The Fatman Barge will be operating at its usual times: 9am to 7pm. Size and weight restrictions apply. The Arcadia II and Sweetwater Cruises will not be operating on Christmas Day but its business as usual from the 26th December. Kayaks can be hired (depending on the weather) and there are plenty of walks in the area. We hope to see you this way during the holiday season.
