These guys have an awesome job getting to create music for everyone and by the chitter chatter in today’s live mixed with trivia questions, jams and the odd read your chart they have fun whilst they are at it.
18.01.2022 Well we’ve done it. By that I mean with the help of a beautiful childhood friend (Shelleagh Hunt) we’ve finished another song which means the ep I had originally planned is now a full album! Look out, 10 songs to be recorded and shared with the big wide world over the coming months. It’s been a mammoth task but oh so fun in the making even despite all the heartache and lessons I’ve had to learn along the way. 2020 has still been a great year for me but I can guarantee 2021 is going to be bigger and better. 16.01.2022 Life never goes to plan. So those who volunteered to offer some feedback on my ep I’m experiencing some delays; 1. I managed to get a cough which is playing tricks on my vocals; and 2. My songwriting session with Kemp has been pushed over to next week. The cough is subsiding so I’ll try get some of the content prepared over the coming days and finalise everything by the end of next week for you. All going to plan I hope to be in the studio recording at the end of October or early November. Have to sweet talk the boss into giving me some time off first

Over recent years I’ve started to question my faith especially after life has dealt some bloody unfair cards to family and friends. It’s far from being a happy song this one but I’ve no doubt there are others who would also like to know the answer to why.

10.01.2022 Lainey wasn’t sold on my No Prince Charming song in the beginning but I might be winning her over . This song brings the album to 11 tracks! It’s a fun, upbeat song with a modern day, single mum, Cinderella vibe. Like the Cinderella in this song; I love my kids and a good time with girlfriends. I don’t need a Prince Charming in my life. One day maybe, but if he happens to come along, he better be bloody awesome, just like me .
10.01.2022 We’ve already gone past half of our seating allocation! Thankfully further restrictions being lifted by new date has meant we can offer more otherwise I’d have had only a handful left. This is going to be fun.
09.01.2022 My last Monday night for the season at Smithy’s and a generous guest tipped me a $50. I’m always blown way by these acts of kindness and do my best to refuse but fail miserably. Spread some kindness folks. I’ll be paying it forward by shouting a few coffees tomorrow

Peter, Quill and Bernie were awesome to work with and made sure this first timer in front of the camera was able to relax and enjoy the moment. Lola of course was the shining star and Lainey our little runner helping wherever needed. Thank you Pete and team for bringing your awesomeness to the outback. This is by far a moment worthy of being more than a broken home

02.01.2022 It’s been 21 years between formals. I had the honour tonight to entertain guests and students for the same school I graduated at back in 99. It was glorious weather and a beautiful evening to round out what was a very interesting year for these students. Congrats class of 2020.

Normally I’d say let it rain but there is a beautiful young couple to be married this afternoon who are potentially working towards plan b as these storm clouds continue to roll in. I hear it is good luck if it rains on your wedding day.
