18.01.2022 So I’m thinking I should create a recipe book with all of my favourite CHOCOLATE things as there seems to be a theme going on here I LOVE CHOCOLATE and I LOVE this recipe from @cassolholm PEANUT BUTTER CHOC POPCORN BARS . . I made these on repeat a while ago and forgot about them until this week. Such a great dessert treat that is light with a little bit of protein and smidge less sugar then regular desserts .... . Here it is 2Tbsp popcorn kernels = 3 cups cooked 2/3 C natural peanut butter ( I use a local organic brand ) 1/3 C organic rice malt syrup 40g of 70% dark Lindt chocolate melted . . Pop your popcorn in a sauce pan with a little butter and set aside to cool. Heat peanut butter and rice malt together in a separate saucepan until melted and mix through pop corn until evenly covered. Press firmly into a lined slice tray and put in freezer for half an hour. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan until runny and drizzle over the top of your slice. Place back into freezer to set. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the freezer. This means you can have healthy serving sizes and not over indulge because you know they will be safely stored in the freezer for a week or two. 16.01.2022 Here is a Friday question for you, are you truly living with intention and purpose? . . Life isn’t about getting it right all of the time or ever thinking we can be perfect .. it is about doing our best to ensure that every choice we make is the best one in any given situation. My definition of living with intention means purposely choosing the type of life you are okay with living .. even if it means going against the ‘norm’ or being the ‘odd one out’. It is about lis...tening to your heart and soul and choosing to do what feels right for you . . Here are some simple examples of challenges you could face when learning to live with intention... -If you don’t want to drink alcohol when catching up with friends, you most likely WILL feel pressured to do so.. but it is ok to choose YOU and if you feel like saying NO THANKS that is your choice sista! -If you are not okay with buying / using plastic say NO THANKS to the plastic bags or plastic cutlery that is usually shoved at you .. even if the easier option is to just take the bag and go with it. . It is your choice! -If you want to choose a chemical free lifestyle and do not want chemicals in on your body (challenges at every corner with this one) .. eg, getting your nails done, getting your hair done, having your car detailed, having a house cleaner. All of which typically involve using chemicals unless you CHOOSE otherwise! So do your research and find alternatives. -If you have decided to go gluten free that is your choice so don’t be pressured into ‘just one piece of cake won’t hurt’ .. CHOOSE YOU! -you are excited about learning to mediation but your friends think it’s wacko .. WHO CARES! . . What is your purpose ? What challenges do you face when trying to live with purpose or intention ? . . Let me tell you, when you over come the pressures of society and stick to the true YOU, the pay off is SO worth it, life is amazing and anything seems possible when you can live the way your souls intends you to! I would highly recommend it!

Have you ever stopped to listen to the way that you speak to yourself internally? Most of us would NEVER say the things we sometimes say to ourselves to anyone else - how rude! So why don’t we have the same respect for ourselves when it comes to this negative self talk? . . It is time to value yourself, your abilities, your appearance, your strengths and weaknesses no.matter.what. . .
