He’s only participated in gold classes in Sydney so he did made me nervous when he and his daughter turned up to my high intensity class this morning. 02.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS! WE’RE BACK! As we are preparing to resume classes at our venues, it is very important to be mindful of the virus because like it or not it is still upon us. So please, if you are not feeling well, if you’re experiencing flu like symptoms, you should stay home and it’s a good idea to get tested. While you’re in class, maintain social distancing. All sign ins will be all contactless and it is advisable to take an immediate exit from the hall soon as the class is... finished. Catch up with each other out in the open air is preferable.
