04.01.2022 I’ve seen a few posts today about everyone getting upset about New Years plans getting changed due to new restrictions. Let’s put this into perspective and have a flash back to twelve months ago, myself and a few amazing volunteers spent our New Years making over 1,000 sandwiches to send out to the fireys and those at an evacuation centre who had to flee their homes. This New Years might not be what you had planned but please finish this on a positive note, if you have a roof... over your head and food in your belly be thankful I still reflect on those who lost their homes, who have had to try and rebuild their communities and then had to endure a pandemic whilst trying to rebuild their lives - that takes strength and determination and I’m so proud of you even if all you did this year was survive This year hasn’t been a great year to be in business but all I can do is be positive as after all 2021 is already off to a better start than 2020!
