14.01.2022 On 5 November, a group of energetic Year 10 Geography students travelled to Adelaide to visit Christie Walk and The Joinery, to see what can be done to lead a sustainable life while living in a city. Christie Walk is a unique urban community of 27 dwellings including apartments, standalone strawbale houses and townhouses. The Joinery is a space where members of the public can learn more about sustainability and what we can do as individuals to contribute to the overall effort.... It was an interesting day as it provided the opportunity to meet with people and see the range of things that people can do to improve the livability of cities. Students use a mechanical robot system combined with an Arduino.cc microcontroller and several servo motors to create a 4 link robotic claw. 03.01.2022 Our Middle School House Leaders spent the day in service last week helping officiate at the LEAH Champions Challenge. We were thrilled to host St Mark's Lutheran School Mt Barker, Lobethal Lutheran School, Unity College and St Michael's Lutheran School students at Cornerstone College for the various athletics events.
