It is wonderful to see the progress we have made in our society in the last 50 years and we are excited to see what the future holds.

23.01.2022 Friday night drinks and debrief is very different in times of COVID-19 with only skeleton staff keeping the office running. Huge thanks to our amazing team for banding together in these times, and so grateful for the incredible technology and cloud based solutions that has enabled us all to stay connected!

21.01.2022 This international womens day we celebrated being a workplace dominated by women, in an industry dominated by men. Having said that, we do love the contribution from our male counterparts and maintain our focus on who we are and what we bring, gender aside.

15.01.2022 The law is a tough gig! We spend our lives swooping into highly volatile situations. We not only have to know the law, but we also need to carefully craft strategies to achieve outcomes for our clients, and be able to respond to changing situations at a moment's notice. This necessarily requires a huge commitment from our team, for our clients. You will often find our lawyers working long hours, late nights, and working from home. It's definitely not for everyone, and its not for the faint-hearted. We thank our whole team for the countless hours worked, blood, sweat and tears shed and above all, commitment to many worthy causes, in the pursuit of enabling other people's lives to improve. 12.01.2022 Tim Houweling and Bronwyn Waugh delivered a two part seminar and workshop to Curtin PLT students on the topic of Legal Ethics in Practice. Their engaging, dynamic and interactive presentations and workshop provided Curtin PLT students with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of their legal ethical obligations and to apply that understanding in practical situations.

10.01.2022 As so many have said, there are no winners here. It was acknowledged that specific deterrence is not necessary, the young driver here is already struggling every day with the events of that night. His life will never be the same regardless of any sentence. The judge made the point that this is a matter of general deterrence. This means the sentence is a message for the community. We challenge all young drivers (in fact all drivers) to stand up and take note. Every single person in attendance took something precious away from that seminar. Such an amazing group of people committed to helping others as part of their seva (selfless service). RSSB are all around the world and are known for growing fruits and vegetables and donating them to charity.
