09.01.2022 What a great day we had for our in salon retreat! We started with a little self love goodie bag . Followed by the amazing @lv_fitnessmovementcoach to talk about why it’s important to keep our bodies moving and maintain strength for our job. we had an hour of going through stretches and breathing techniques to keep out bodies in check! We had a beautiful lunch provided by the local and amazing @winstonandcocafe. We returned in the afternoon with the superstar Alex from total salon solutions on a mindset afternoon on how we think and why we think the way do based on our personality traits What a fabulous day we had filled with bean bags and laughter! I can’t wait to have another retreat day with these superstars!
