I'm left in awe every time you meet a new face and your infectious happy nature seems to rub off on them so quickly. It only takes a few minutes talking to you and even the bluest feelings seem to just melt away. You are a ray of sunshine with the ability to light up any room with your presence. You are the true definition of an Italian mum who could feed an army with just a standard weekday dinner you whip up! One of the moments I realized just how amazing you truly can be was when our house burnt down in the black Saturday fires and all I could think about was the sadness consuming everything in its wake that is, everything except you. You continued to push forward, remaining grateful for everything and everyone that surrounds you. I knew then just how strong you are. You helped dad turn our house into a home and continually supported him with the business which has created wine making full of passion, dedication and love. I love you very much mum. 11.01.2022 We are very proud of this year’s vintage, the 2020 marks our 10th. Vintage of our Dolce Rosso and we think that it’s our best so far. This is a lively sweet wine, generous with ripe summer berry characters, a touch of residual sweetness and a refreshing, vibrant and delightful finish. The 2020 Dolce Rosso is only 7.4 % Alc Vol. The 2019 Dolce Rosso was 10.5% Alc Vol. That makes the 2020 Dolce Rosso sweeter than the 2019 vintage.... Less alcohol = more residual sweetness. There is no sugar added, we stop the fermentation after only two days so that the sweetness in the grapes is retained in the wine. Price: $20.00 per bottle. 08.01.2022 If you enjoy red wine or drink more affordable wine on a regular basis, then using a decanter is a great idea. Decanting may not look like much, but the increased oxygen exposure to wine greatly improves the taste by softening astringent tannins and letting fruit and floral aromas come out.

02.01.2022 This simple infographic sets out the top 10 wine producing countries from the amount of wine they produce. France is of course top with 46m hectolitres of wine produced each year inside the country, Italy is a close second with 44m and Spain sits in third place with 42m. Surprisingly China now makes the list producing more wine than South Africa or Portugal and now responsible for around 11-million hectolitres a year.... Argentina, Australia, Germany and America also make the finished list.
