23.01.2022 EVENT!! The last few years have seen a massive increase in research about our diet. Most of our illnesses, conditions and generally not feeling like we think we should ...are due to our diet. And the message we have had for years over what constitutes a healthy diet was incorrect. What's more, it turns out that what is nutritious for us to eat is nutritious for our planet to provide! It is also better for equality. This will change your world.... Cornwall Eco Projects are holding an event at the Resource Centre in Roche, which aims to introduce you to nutritional information that will blow your mind and rock your world! Everyone is welcome! Date: 18th June Time: 2-5PM Location: Roche Area (Address will be provided upon booking) What the event will cover: - A look around the gardens at Cornwall Eco Projects Resource Centre and an introduction to some plants, herbs and elements that are nutritional goldmines! - An introduction into next-level nutrition (your holobiome, inflammation, phytonutrients, regenerative produce, mental health, common deficiencies, making sustainable changes and much more.) PLUS: Choose an interactive yet socially distanced activity to do afterwards, from pick a salad to take home with up to 15 different herbs and plants, make your own bracken compost, pick elderflowers to take home to make cordial with or just wander in the woods, meadow and wild flower patch. (Included in cost). Tickets are 10 and available via this link: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/cornwall-eco-projects-29038994 PLEASE NOTE: This event takes place out doors and will have social distancing measures in place! * Tickets are non refundable, but can be exchanged for a future event.

21.01.2022 Check labels, eat seasonally, grow your own, find a local grower or farmers market. Challenge sellers. Anything but support this. When veg is cheap someone, and/or the land, is paying the price.
