24.01.2022 The City of Launceston Official, with thanks to local children for the delivery, passed out some flyers and sought community feedback. Thank you to everyone who responded. Based on your input these are the common themes that were identified. Concept plans will be drafted and shared for further consultation, but in the meantime, please message our Facebook page with any other ideas!

22.01.2022 SOFTBALL Season is back! This great game was brought to Tasmania during the late 1940s from Melbourne. The sport grew in popularity to over 200 teams by the 1980's. Some incredible games of Softball have been undertaken at our very own, Coronation Park, Launceston. If you know anyone in The Examiner Newspaper, Launceston article below, TAG them!... 19.01.2022 It's that time of year again... SPRING! and City of Launceston Official elections! We have been doing some digging through old copies of The Examiner Newspaper, Launceston to bring you some of the history of our beautiful park. If you have any stories or photos of activities from Coronation Park, Launceston, message them to our page and we will share them with the community :)

14.01.2022 The City of Launceston Official have started back filling the swale drain in preparation for a new path and subsoil drainage which will complete the link between Mulgrave & Glenelg Sts. The work will also include improving the drainage around the southern end of the dog run.
