22.01.2022 We have had a lot of people asking how much does it cost to rent and being very surprised on how cheap it works out. Cheapest option in Midweek (Off Peak) which is $170 Per Night for Maximum 4 Adults and 6 Children That's $17 Per person per night for a beachfront holiday house.... Of course weekends are a little more expensive $193 Per Night for Maximum 4 Adults and 6 Children That.s only an extra $2.30 Per person per night on top of the mid week price. Extra people are Flat fee $25 Per person per night Than there is Peak season which all you do is add a 28% margin on top of the above prices -: $21.76 Per person per night Mid Week. $24.70 Per person per night Weekend. Extra people are Flat fee $32 Per person per night Of course there is a min night stay to cover the overheads but we can negotiate on lesser nights if required. Why so Cheap? 08.01.2022 Just had someone post a question which I accidentally deleted (sorry) Is there room for a small pony? There is a small area which is enclosed which leads onto beachfront - I have not measured it but would roughly guess 3.5 X 6 mt - Gas bottles and HWS are situated in this area - this is where lot of people secure their pets when visiting tourist places around the area. Image shows with the arrow.... Great question
