25.01.2022 The Rowing Clubs AGM will be held on Sunday 30th August at 10am. Due to COVID19 restrictions there will be no Spit Off lunch this year. There will be a morning tea provided. If you are planning on attending the AGM please RSVP to Stacey either here or via text 0412 699115 as we need to know numbers due to current restrictions.

23.01.2022 Funeral of Rick Good. Friday 12th February 2.00pm at St Johns Anglican Church Corowa Rick is past member of our club and we would like to honour his contribution to the rowing club by forming a cross of oars at the cemetery on Friday. ... Feel free to wear you rowing club shirt if you are attending. Wes will organise the oars. Please let him know if you wish to take part.

22.01.2022 WORKING BEES This Saturday at 12noon and Sunday at 9.30am we need helpers to clear out the shed ready for the floors to be coated next Monday ! This is the final part of our grant refurbishment In other exciting news we are gearing up ready to re open the gym - a newsletter will be sent out in the next few days talking about this - Monday June 22nd will be the day !

19.01.2022 Our first row in crew boats for months on Sunday morning. It was great to get the Octascull on the water As we come out of covid and restrictions, now is a great time to come down for a row.

18.01.2022 6 committee members met at the club yesterday and emptied half the shed out - removing our fantastic new kitchen even All ready for the floors to be coated tomorrow by Wayne Green ! This is the final stage of our shed refurbishment that we were lucky enough to receive a grant for. Club will be closed to all access from tomorrow til next Sunday

18.01.2022 Its that time of year again! To enjoy the benefits of membership of Corowa Rowing Club it is time to renew your membership. Due to COVID19 interruptions we are offering a discounted RENEWAL this financial year. $130 Seniors & $65 U18s.... New members will pay the full membership of $170 Seniors & $85 U18s. University Memberships stay at $100 and Social Members have stayed the same at $25 If memberships are not paid up by 15th July then your shed access will be removed due to you not been covered by insurance! Thanks

17.01.2022 ******IMPORTANT NOTICE**************** Presentation Day has changed venues due to COVID19 restrictions on how many we can have at the shed. Thanks to the Corowa Chocolate Factory for helping us out.... Bookings are essential - if you haven't booked than you won't be able to join us unfortunately.

12.01.2022 UPDATE Due to changes getting brought in by NSW Government about gym operations as of 1st August, we will be making changes to the way the rowing club operates. All access will be removed again to members and the club will be open at set times only with a safety marshal in attendance. More details will be posted soon re what these times will be.... Please comment if you would like to see the gym open on a weekend morning for 1 hour once or twice a week. The gym will still be limited to only 10 people at a time.

11.01.2022 Great news for us !! We have had the gym operating under strict COVID restrictions and only single boats going out unless from same household We will continue to operate under all current restrictions to the best of our ability

09.01.2022 Bookings are closed for presentation day lunch this coming Sunday We have 54 people booked in for lunch at the chocolate factory function room. Lunch will be served at 12noon and presentations at 1pm

08.01.2022 Our renovations are complete and we would like to invite our members and the community to our open day. We are very proud of the facilities we can offer. So come and enjoy brunch on the banks of the beautiful Murray River and see what we have achieved. We just ask you RSVP by the 2nd March.

04.01.2022 5.9 degrees . I say they are crazy but they tell me they are dedicated. Yes we were on the water today. You might not be able to see us but we are there. With changes in regulations coming into place over the next week keep an eye on our Facebook page. ... Remember to sign the register. Sanitise before you enter, keep your distance and stay home if you are feeling unwell.

04.01.2022 Training schedule update From this Wednesday 10th training will commence with a session at 4.00pm. Sunday’s will continue with sessions at 9.00am and 10.30am. ... All sessions are still limited to 10. Please contact Wes or Scotchy to book your place. Don’t forget to sign the register , sanitise and if you are unwell stay home .

04.01.2022 A BIG thank you to everyone for an amazing weekend both on and off the water. We are lucky to have such great support from our members. Now it’s time to relax and share some food and a well earned beverage.

You will not be allowed to use any equipment due to not been covered by any insurance!!...
