Whether its a local tri or just getting out and staying fit, keep swimming, biking, and/or running with your team - we promise the triathlon bug is one that is hard to shake! Some ideas to keep you going Search for a local tri coming up in your area, sign up (and convince your work mates to as well) and add it as another goal to tick off!... Start up a regular work training group, where you all meet for swims, bikes or runs and do it together! Get an office Strava Run Club going, you can challenge each other to see who does the most KMs a week and it will motivate you to get out there and stay active! Join your local tri club! Theyre full of people willing and able to help you get into triathlon, from beginner level all the way up, and its a great way to meet new people with the similar interests See more

13.01.2022 We've hit winter! And that makes getting out for a swim, bike or run that little bit harder. Luckily, we've got some great tips to help get you out there and staying fit over winter! Layer up! Make sure to put on enough warm layers so you don't freeze ! This includes a good base layer and some longer sleeves, but be careful not to over-layer - you want to start a little bit cold so you warm into it. Consume enough fuel. Your body will be working hard to stay warm as well as to exercise, so make sure you've got enough nutrition to keep you going! Don't forget to drink! It can be easy to forget to drink when you're not sweating as much and it's a little colder, but you still need to be replacing those fluids.

07.01.2022 EVENT UPDATE I'm sure you'll agree that 2020 has certainly had its challenges! Happily, things are looking a lot more positive in Victoria and throughout Australia in time for the holiday season. Unfortunately, the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 on the planning and operations for the Melbourne Corporate Triathlon means that the event will not be taking place as planned in early 2021.... As you can imagine, the team is very disappointed, but we remain hopeful that it will return in 2022. Thank you for your ongoing support of this event and all the best for a safe and happy 2021. This means you as the participants in our industry have missed out on many of your favourite events across Australia and around the world. Weve joined forces with other events around Australia to create the Australian Mass Participation Sporting Events Alliance. Were planning to work with governments and industry leaders, to be a voice for people who run, walk, ride, swim, paddle and more, in 8,500 mass participation events across Australia. 01.01.2022 Its National Volunteer Week in Australia this week! Melbourne Corporate Tri would not be possible without our amazing vollies helping at aid stations, directing you on course and getting generally stuck in to help put on the amazing event you see! When we can get back to events, make sure to thank the vollies you see for doing what they do - they all rock!
01.01.2022 While the constraints on getting out at the moment remain strong, we are still encouraged to get out and exercise. One of our favourite ways to do that is to go for a bike ride around your neighbourhood! Find some cool bike paths, head to your local park and do a few loops - the fresh air will do you wonders!
