24.01.2022 It's huge: Putting WildKiwi’s new whisky still together started yesterday and here is where we are up to today, ably assisted by the Corra Linn Distillery team ...from Tasmania. Claire, the daughter of the Tasmanian distillery owner was on her honeymoon in Wellington and popped out to site to see her dad. It worked out perfectly: She scored the job of connecting the pot to the motor, because she was the only one small enough to get in there (and she knows what she is doing!). Should all be done by Wednesday! Looking forward to casking our first Brewtown Upper Hutt brew. See more

An island well known for its pristine clean quality water, barley and a climate conducive to distilling and bottling world class whiskey. Thanks to all who have been helping with this project...... We can operate in a beautiful environment that will allow us distillers to produce a unique product Tasmanian whisky excites me due to the various flavours aromas that are produced during the whole fermenting and distillation process. Then it becomes a waiting game, as the spirit is place...d in barrels for maturation. Patience is required as the spirit then evolves into something special." It has generated the interest of journalists writing magazine reviews, authors who will write a chapter about it in their books soon to be published, and international companies who wish to form an alliance and partnership. It's all about producing a product that is of the best quality by using the finest ingredients and the purest water. Tasmania has a clean pristine environment!

10.01.2022 The Corra Linn Whisky has had a good response to its first release! Now we are starting to open a few more 50 and 100 litre barrels and the results are fantastic. We are also working on some other products to compliment the whisky.... we will keep you posted!

05.01.2022 Busy day unpacking the whiskey still from out of the 40ft container. Some barrels arrived as well. Now it's time to commission it and start producing quality whiskey and sell it on the world stage.
