16.01.2022 We all loved our recent Spring into Spinal Wellness series. Hearing from Kerry Corp , integrative health coach and cookbook author, was like being front row in a TV healthy cooking show! Everyone learnt a lot, we all felt amazing after our spinal movement class held by Dr Sharon.... The yin restorative yoga session with Debbie Walker from Seire Yoga was another beautiful part of our series . We all learnt how we can tap more into our parasympathetic nervous system to enhance our bodies innate healing power. We are excited to be planning our Summer Spinal Wellness series so stay tuned! It’s going to be the best we’ve done yet!!! And even more exciting is that as the Covid restrictions continue to ease we can now have more people join in at each session!
