24.01.2022 Chilli crabthe perfect winter meal you can make at home! Simply break up crab into segments. Heat oil in a wok and saute onions, garlic, chilli and ginger until fragrant. Add the crabs and a cup of white wine, cover and simmer/steam for 7-10 minutes. Toss through coriander, grated palm sugar and fish sauce.

12.01.2022 A restaurant quality meal you can make at home...pan seared scallops with a fresh tomato salsa. Whole and half shell scallops available now in store. To make the salsa simply combine fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt & pepper and lemon juice. Set aside. Heat olive oil over a medium to high heat and sear scallops for 30 seconds each side or until a nice golden crust has formed. Divide the salsa into the half shells and top with the cooked scallops.

07.01.2022 Simple but the best! Bring a large pan of salted water to a steady boil, drop in prawns and simmer until they change colour (approximately 3-5 minutes). Drain and cover with cold or ice water to stop the cooking process. Serve with lemon wedges. Yum!
