24.01.2022 It was a great wrap up to our annual event program for 2020 at yesterday’s Narembeen Walk. Thanks to Mark Seymour, Dion Nicol, Ben Whisson & Michael Macpherson for some very informative sessions on all things pulses, wheat varieties, and progress on nutrition requirements post reefinating. Special thanks to the growers (Brendan Whyte, Stuart Yandle & Jake Cole) for their efforts and for sharing their experiences with the group. We will share the trial results with you all after harvest!

24.01.2022 Yesterday Geoffrey Fisher harvested 56 plots with CFIG at one of the Reefinator depth trials the group has invested in by Rocks Gone Pty Ltd. We will be sharing results with you of the two seasons of both trial sites in the new year. We are keeping the CBH staff in the Corrigin Sample Room busy this harvest! Thanks to Western Engineering Corrigin for getting our weigh trailer back running smoothly. We appreciate your ongoing support and maintenance of our groups trailers!

13.01.2022 Another trial off today! Braden Grylls harvesting the ameliorating organic soil amendments site with CFIG. Facey Group and West Midlands Group also have sites in under this investment with Grains Research and Development Corporation.

12.01.2022 We kicked off our trial harvest program today with one of the Ripper Gauge sites. It was the 3rd and final season of the trial. Stay turned for trial results in the coming months!!

09.01.2022 It was a great Spring Field Day yesterday travelling all sides of Corrigin Shire. It’s always good to hear what different farmers are trying on their own place in the efforts to make productivity gains that works for their business. Thanks to the growers for sharing with us their experiences. Also thanks to event sponsors who contributed to the sundowner (Summit Fert, Bayer, CSBP & Rabobank), it’s the most the group has had across the bar in a fair while!! Congratulations to Connor Baker and Gavin N Michelle Hooper winning today’s door prizes donated by group sponsor AGT.
