24.01.2022 HAPPY SUNDAY CCC KIDS We have reached the end of our A-Z program so thought we would do a little recap before we move on to some more Bible stories next week. Today’s video is a bit long but we go through each story with a short recap. If you’re more interested in any of the stories then there is a full A-Z playlist on this Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/watch/CorrimalComChurch/768709526998502/).... We are super excited to see everyone at the hub this week as we will be going through our recap in person, as well as beginning to look at the songs CCC Kids Choir will be performing at this year’s Christmas Carols. If you are interested in being a part of this let us know; you don’t have to be at the hub every week, we will send you a link for the videos we have created so you can learn the songs and actions. Check back Wednesday at 9am; when we will post some activities of the favourite Bible stories of those who are with us this morning. We look forward to seeing you next week at 10am at the hub for a new Bible story and our next carols rehearsal. If you can’t make it we will still upload the video of our Bible story and activities at 9am.
24.01.2022 Good Morning CCC Kids! Sorry about the delay in this weeks extra activities. KIND OR UNKIND SORTING Print and then cut out the provided sorting cards. Decide whether the action is kind or unkind and glue it into the appropriate boxes.... GATHERING GRAIN GAME Using items around the house; have children gather them and put them in a basket or container just like Ruth worked hard gathering grain. This would also be a great game to play to gather up toys to put away. YOU CAN BE KIND TO OTHERS Use common items such as paper or construction paper, crayons, markers or pencils, or even letter stickers if you have them; to create a sign to help remember that we can all be kind to others. RUTH AND NAOMI MAZE Help Naomi and Ruth make their way to Israel by following the path from start to finish. FIND-A-WORD Find all the words from our story that are listed in the box below. CROSSWORD Use the clues to complete the crossword, if you cant figure some of the answers out there are references to where to find it in the Bible. We are excited to be back live @ the Hub with this weeks story of S is for Samson! We look forward to seeing you there. Dont forget to RSVP with Graeme to make sure we are in line with our COVID safe protocol.

14.01.2022 With great sadness but with love flowing out from our hearts, we share this news with you so you can join us in prayer for God's love and great peace to envelope Nyree, Grant, Mads and Chloe's extended family and the broader family of humanity that has journeyed this in support of them - a support team which we feel honoured to have played a small part. Here follows a clear reflection from the family. Fly now on angels wings darling Chloe. Much love from the CCC Team Our ...beautiful friends, We are devastated to share with you that our gorgeous Chloe passed away peacefully last night in our arms. She was surrounded by her family in the beautiful fairy garden at Sydney Children's Hospital. We know that she touched the hearts of thousands of people in her local community and around the world, with a smile that lit up the room, with so much love to give. Chloe got such joy and felt so much love from you all. She leaves behind a little piece of her heart with everyone that she touched and we know she will never be forgotten. Our Chlo fought very hard to the end, but unfortunately the Vanishing White Matter disease was just too much for her. The last 6 weeks have been extremely painful for her and we are relieved that she is not suffering any more. We are comforted by the fact that she is no longer bound by her earthly shackles and is now dancing and running freely, doing all the wonderful things that were taken away from her. We can't tell you how devastated we are and how much we are going to miss our beautiful Chlo Chlo. Thank you so much for all of your thoughts, prayers and messages. Ny, Grant & Mads just need a little time to process what has happened as we are still in shock. We will communicate again soon, once we have time to grieve a little and think of the next steps. Love to you all and thanks for wrapping our girl in so much love over the years. Chloe, enjoy your angel wings and fly high our darling. We love you xoxo #savingchloesaxby #findacureforvwm #angelwings

07.01.2022 Happy Wednesday CCC Kids! SAMSON FOLDING CRAFT Print and colour in the image of Samson and the pillars. Then cut around the image or fold along the dotted lines. TEARING PAPER I wonder how many layers of paper Samson was able to tear through. Using a scrap piece of paper tear it in half, then each time put the pieces together and continue trying to tear until you cant anymore! Do you think youre as strong as Samson was? NAME SQUARES Cut out the needed amount of copies of name squares, then on a piece of paper write; Today we learned about *BLANK (leave a gap)*. My name is *BLANK (leave a gap)*. Then using the name squares put in the missing names. These would be a good tool to keep and use each Sunday as we continue through our stories. SAMSON AND DELILAH MAZE Help Samson get to the Philistines by leading him through the Maze. FIND-A-WORD Find all the words from our story S is for Samson that are listed at the bottom of the page. Dont forget to join us on Sunday morning at 10am live at the Hub, where we are going to be doing some special Fathers day crafts. We will also be posting some extra crafts on Saturday morning if you need some last minute ideas.
06.01.2022 My mums funeral today, thank you for all who came and supported me. My mum was a blessing and she will be missed. RIP mum you will be in our minds and hearts forever.
06.01.2022 Good Mid-Week Friends! This Sunday we will celebrate Fathers Day, and well, parents, grand parents and great grand parents day ... oh, and what the heck, kids day too seeing as the scripture is clear about the whole parent-child thing being a two way deal. At 10am on Sunday we will chat about all this with our very own Caleb Angilley. Hes a young Dad, a Tradie, a Techie and now a Missionary so his genuine, working out how to follow Jesus every day in a year like 2020 faith... story, will be worth engaging. Tune into our YouTube Channel via the link that will appear on THIS PAGE about 9.45am on Sunday OR subscribe today on our web site. If youd really like to be on the face to face attendee list this week, please personal message this page with that request ASAP so we have time to work all that out aligned with our COVID - Safe Plan. Dont forget that CCC Kids is live @ The Hub during the gathering each week. This Sunday we are going to be doing some special Fathers day crafts. We will also be posting some extra crafts on Saturday morning if you need some last minute ideas. Love & Blessings from The CCC Team
05.01.2022 Happy Wednesday CCC Kids! We hope youre having a good week and are preparing for a wonderful weekend to come. On Sunday we talked about the life of P is for Paul and how he loved talking about the love of Jesus. Below are some extra activities for this week. Dont forget to post your finished activities in the comments. PRAYER JAR... Gather some supplies from around the home and the Prayer Jar print out. Using either a small jar (one per child), a plastic cup or something similar tape the prayer jar print out onto the container. Then using Popsicle sticks or strips of paper; write down prayer requests and then pop them in the container. Use this as reminders of what to lift up to God in prayer. Once the prayer request has been fulfilled put them in another container as a reminder of the prayers God has answered. SPECIAL DELIVERY Using supplies from around the house; create a mailbox and then have fun writing cards and letters just like Paul wrote to the churches in the Bible. PAUL SHOWS LOVE FOR OTHERS Make some artwork as a reminder that Paul loved God and loved others. Using paper towel tubes or toilet paper tubes make them into a heart shape creating a stamp. You can then use paint to create an artwork covered in love hearts. On Sunday we used this same concept to create heart shaped cutters to make hearts out of play-doh. NO PRISON CAN HOLD THEM Crack the code by answering the trivia questions and solve the puzzle to find out the Jailors reaction to the miracle. PAULS JOURNEY MAZE Complete the maze to get Paul to Jerusalem like in Acts 20. CROSSWORDS Find the words provided all about the life of Paul within the word search. Come back on Sunday at 9am for our video where we talk about Q is for Queen Esther. Dont forget you are invited to join us in person at the hub at 10am (conditional to numbers; ensure to message Graeme to RSVP and check whether we have space this week). If you cant join us watch church live at 10am on Youtube or Facebook.

02.01.2022 Heres the beautiful work our Illawarra Quilters friends did for Chloe and her family @savingchloesaxby. When these terrific people learned about our HOPE4Kids project and the album launch in September (originally planned for August) to raise awareness and funds for research into the diseases affecting Chloe, Beau and Michael, they launched in boots and all to play their part. Such a thoughtful and practical gesture. They also made quilts for Beau and Michael and their families which we will hopefully have pics of soon. Another quilt will be auctioned at the album launch on 12th September. More details soon .... we love you Chloe, Mads, Nyree and Grant. xoxo https://www.facebook.com/965497573466082/posts/3864098730272604/?d=n

01.01.2022 HAPPY H.O.P.E SUNDAY CCC KIDS! This week we’re looking at another parable that Jesus told during his time on earth. Today’s story is called ‘The Rich Fool’. It is about a man who was quite greedy and didn’t think about anyone but himself. Jesus used this story to teach the people and His disciples to not be greedy ‘But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.’ (Luke 12:31) Today’s activities are down in the comments and come back on Wednesday for some ...more ‘The Rich Fool’ activities. If you don’t have access to a printer or any of the other required resources; let us know and we’ll organise to get some to you. CCC Kids runs live at the hub every Sunday at 10am during the usual service (which is streamed at the same time on Youtube). We play games, watch videos, listen and dance to some worship songs, do activities and crafts and talk about our story for the week. Next week’s story is about the parable of ‘The Sower’. So join us at 9am for our video or RSVP to Graeme if you can make it in person at 10am. Don’t forget we will also be rehearsing the songs each week for CCC Kids Choir leading up to the carols on the 13th of December. If you can’t make it to rehearsals but still want to be involved; let us know and we can get you the link to the action videos so you can practice at home.
