02.01.2022 A friend of mine at the racetrack and on fb has a very nice 1960 Chevrolet Corvette that he races as a SS/CM. This weekend there is a Division 1 points meet at... Maple Grove Raceway. I was practicing my social distancing skills with my camera at the top row of the very empty grandstands when "Sponge Bob" Brinkman found plenty of traction during a qualifying session. When he saw me later in the afternoon he asked if I got any photos of his pass down the quarter mile, so I showed him the sequence on the back of my camera. He has asked if I could post a few of these to his fb page. I'll post these to my fb page also since a lot of my friends like this sort of stuff.
