25.01.2022 To all of my friends from Geelong and the Surf Coast. The past 20 years on NYE I have performed in a pub/ club of sorts. This year I was thinking I would try so...mething a little different. I was wanting to see if there was anyone interested in having me play at there house this year on NYE. Backyard, front yard, the lounge room or shed, I don’t mind. So if your looking to have a NYE party at home and think my music would go down well, PM me and we will see what we can come up with. 14.01.2022 Thank you Aretha for sharing your soulful voice with the world. You are and will always be, hands down my favourite singer. What you had cannot be bought,taught... or sold. I remember the first time I heard a recording of this lady sing, I felt overwhelmed and inspired in equal portions. I understood very clearly at that moment that if I was to somehow tap into the pure soulful and emotive qualities of her voice and that if I could somehow learn to possess even 10% of what she has, that people would always enjoy hearing me sing. Aretha is the reason i will never stop trying to be better as a vocalist, to push harder and to find that high note, or to stay connected to an audience on nights when physically and mentally I feel completely cooked. This lady is perfection personified. RIP... See more
