21.01.2022 It was so good to be back diving in Perth again. Was great to catch up with Luke from Image Dive its been way too long... We headed out for a fantastic dive at the Opera House. Spent more than half an hour inside with 2 grey nurses. ... Big thanks to Luke, my awesome dive guide Emmersion Underwater and Tui for the breaky and chats!

19.01.2022 The marine life at the Poor Knights is amazing. This time of the year as the water warms the vis drops off a little due to algal blooms and millions of salp in the water. Its a good opportunity to pull out the macro lens and hunt for some small stuff. This little guy is known as a crested blenny its head about the size of a tic-tac. 18.01.2022 Blue Maomao Arch! When Jacques Cousteau named the Poor Knights 7 in his top 10 dive sites in the world he was referring to Blue Maomao Arch. One of my favorite dive sites at the Poor Knights Islands. Aptly named because of all the blue Maomao that line the walls of the arch. When visibility is at its best you can see from one side of the arch to the other. Dive! Tutukaka

16.01.2022 My first real go at cave photography this trip welcomed in some new challenges. Ive learnt a few things: 1. You need to be super vigilant and aware of your surroundings-its very easy to be distracted with a camera. ... 2. Its more prudent to have your camera neutrally buoyant in a cave. 3. Cameras dont like tight squeezes. 4. Always have a narrow beam signaling light ready. As well as video lights. Here is Guy cruising through A tunnel. 16.01.2022 Everyone has seen an amazing wreck shot - Here is a not so beautiful, behind the scenes shot. A shot that I would usually delete. Im posting it for those who dont wreck dive, or dont dive at all. Wrecks can be extremely dangerous, requiring exceptional skills, a good team, and proper planning to ensure everyone makes it out safe.... Here is a shot of my buddy on the lermi. 13.01.2022 The Nullarbor - A part of Australia explored by few and dived by fewer. 06.01.2022 Engelbrecht Cave - 4 years ago I peered down into the water on a dry cave tour here and I wanted to dive so bad. Yesterday I got to dive Engelbecht West- Sump 1 & 2 and it did not disappoint. This is by far my favorite cave dive in Mount Gambier of the trip.
