Our kimono robes are individually handmade in the sample room by our makers as they can not be made on a production line with large scale machinery. Our supplier classes them as couture garments. Each piece of the garment has a placement design, designed to perfectly fit that piece- the front panel, the sleeve, the belt, the neck band..... After being digitally printed the pieces of the garment are then hand cut with precision one by one and carefully pieced together to ensure that the pattern and detail of the print design match up perfectly. The pieces are pinned by hand then carefully sewn together by our talented makers. The finished kimono is then washed, pressed and neatly folded with tissue paper, ready for the customer. #designwithastory #madewithlove
