19.01.2022 An untouched lip is a dream to treat! 0.5ml was used here to balance top and bottom proportion. If you’ve had lip filler done elsewhere once, twice, ten times and are chasing an outcome that you aren’t attaining it’s time to consider dissolving and starting again. A beautiful, natural looking lip, (in my opinion) will always looks 10 x better than a lip that is large. Xx Nikki

As a small local business where person to person contact is inevitable, I am closely monitoring the Deparment of Health and their guidelines and recommendations for the current outbreak of Coronavirus. Additional precautions are being taken in clinic to minimise spread ...of infection and keep our environment clean. Please, if you have been unwell with cold and flu like symptoms, reschedule your appointment for 2-4weeks when symptoms have resolved. This is not only due to the virus but it is best to be well when having injectables treatments to avoid adverse reactions. Likewise, if you, or someone you have been in contact with, has recently (within 14days) returned from overseas, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment. 08.01.2022 Dermal filler for lips - a 0.5ml top up for this new client Dermal filler is a gel like substance which contains hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid binds to water, swells and creates more volume in the lips. Some dermal fillers contain more hyaluronic acid than others and some have different linking technology in their molecule chains. 01.01.2022 Hello to all my new followers! I thought I should introduce myself, I’m Nurse Nikki - the face behind the needle. A little bit about me ... ... I am not very good with my social media if you haven’t noticed yet . This is partly because I’m a mum of 2 young ones Lorenzo (2) and Sienna who joined our family as recently as 12 weeks ago. Before becoming an injector I first worked as a disability support worker while studying my undergraduate in Nursing. Following my graduation I worked as a Clinic Nurse in a GP clinic that did minor procedures including mole and skin cancer removal. This doctor who I worked for also did antiwrinkle injections, which sparked my interest in aesthetic medicine. I moved on from here though and worked as an Emergency Nurse in a busy Brisbane Emergency Department for 5 years before training with @juvae_beauty. This is usually why my first question is what has brought you in today haha. It’s engrained in me from my ED days! My aim with aesthetic medicine is to keep you looking you, just more rejuvenated, refined and contoured. I love going on the journey with my clients and do sometimes find myself comparing before photos with after photos in my down time Looking forward to meeting and treating some new faces in the coming months!
