25.01.2022 Cancellations / No Shows 2020 has been a difficult year for us all especially for small businesses. Friendly reminder that we have a 24hr cancellation policy. This policy is outlined and agreed to when booking any and all appointments. If you provide more than 24hrs (1 Day) notice there are NO fees.... We understand that December is a busy month for many but please respect our time and the time of others. We have a cancellation list and your appointment could have been reallocated to someone else who has missed out. Not knowing that there is a cancellation policy is not an excuse. Service based businesses have cancellation policies to protect their business and livelihoods. We have been closed for most of this year - businesses can’t afford last minute cancellations & no shows. We are a no Exceptions clinic. Don’t take fee’s personally. We don’t want to charge fee’s so please don’t make it harder for us than it already is. 16.01.2022 Cleansing in the shower Avoid putting your face directly under the hot water stream in the shower at all costs! The hot, steamy water and pressure from the showerhead are actually too harsh for your face & can leave skin dry, damaged and starved for the nutrients and oils it needs. Plus, it can dilate blood vessels and capillaries, causing redness.... Our biggest tip for cleansing in the shower: use lukewarm water & avoid rinsing directly in the water stream. Instead, try splashing skin like in the sink.
