By using cheek filler I was able to add volume to the cheeks and get rid of the tired and sunken look and enhance this ladies features. As we age we can sometimes suffer from fat pad volume loss couple led with the bodies decreased ability to produce collagen and elastin. Some of the first areas to notice this are in our face in the cheek area under our eyes and cheek bones! So who’s next?

15.01.2022 Masseters Do you have a really bad habit of grinding your teeth ? Well here’s the secret ! Botox has a reputation of being a wrinkle targeting treatment, but it also has other uses. Sometimes referred to as jaw botox (because well duh that’s where it is...) it can have a two fold result. First depending on your face shape it can actually slim your jawline (a lot less obvious then kybella/belkyra). The second reason it can stop you clenching or grinding your jaw. The proc...edure as a whole is fairly quick, I normally perform 4 injections two on each side and one directly into each masseter. The masseter is the muscle in your jaw used to control your chewing and the rising of your jawbone(I’ll get into this in another post) if however this muscle is in a state of tension you may wake up with muscle aches, headaches and small teeth. Unlike filler, botox does not have an immediate effect as botox blocks the signal from your nerves to your muscle , which reduces the full function of the muscle, which like I mentioned makes your jaw less tense. These results will last between 3-6 months depending on how strong the muscle is and how often you use it ! Let me know in the comments below what you think ?!
