22.01.2022 SALON NOTICE/POLICY REMINDER Christmas is an extremely busy time of year for us, we are working to full capacity and at the moment are fully booked at St Clair, with limited appointments available at our Penrith location and that is even with working extended hours. Even when it isn’t Christmas we get booked out and are extremely busy. Please take the time to read below OUR TIME IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE, JUST LIKE EACH OF OUR CLIENTS TIME IS, SO PLEASE REREAD OUR POLICY T...HAT HAS BEEN IN PLACE FOR 7 YEARS NOW! Prepaid treatments are not transferable to other individuals and there is no refund. 48 hours notice needs to be given for any appointment cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend an appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited. All NO SHOW CLIENTS will be charged a FEE of 50% of the treatments they were booked in for when they are pay as go. Two NO SHOW appointments in a row and you will need to prepay for your next appointment in advance, in order for us to book you an appointment. Deposits are required for treatments longer than half an hour and are non refundable. We thank you for your understanding and value each and everyone of you as clients, but we need to be fair to clients that are missing out on appointments, staff that are expecting you and to allow us to run our business properly.
