We are at a point in Australia where we each need to play our role in stopping the spread of COVID-19. Luckily, for so many of us, this is just another virus and it will pass with little side effects. But, for others in our community, this is a very serious threat to their lives. Those who have compromised immunity, who are sick, and the elderly - all need us to step up and protect them now. What we want to avoid as a nation is undue stress on our healthcare system, where those who desperately need care, cant get it. There is no need for panic or fear - just common sense and human decency. If you feel unwell, stay home and chill out. If youve traveled, or may have been in contact with anyone who could have the virus, and feel unwell - get tested. If youre asked to quarantine, please do. Its a MAMMOTH task - and were working our butts off Please be patient - if you miss the call, we will try again. The State Government is set to announce the exact start of Phase 3 this Sunday This morning I spoke with my dear friend and colleague @drbecky_. She told me about a post she saw about the amount of work businesses have done over the last few months - and I stopped to think for a minute.
