25.01.2022 CHEEK AND TEAR TROUGH. For this beauty I treated her Cheeks with 1ml of Dermal Filler ea side and Tear Trough (under eye) with 0.5ml ea side. The Tear Trough is an area which we proceed with caution as the skin is fine and delicate. We do not want to overfill this area. When patients come in wanting a freshen up they usually point at their eyes- under the eye filler is not suitable for everyone. We more than likely will need to treat cheeks with or before tear troughs to ...gain the support from the cheeks. The technique I used here was developed by @mauriciodemaio. 09.01.2022 REAL TALK. The area most of us have an issue with... the eye area. Dark circles, fine lines, loose skin, heavy eyelids. The eye area is a difficult area to treat... the skin is very thin, delicate and we are close to a very important organ your eye! Treatments we can perform and what they will and will not improve...... Wrinkle relaxer- will improve the fine lines near the outer corner of your eye. It can improve some fine lines under your eye although we do have limitations on dose administering under the eye.
